Could an Academy Award nomination for Michael Fassbender be on the cards? By the end of the weekend, we hope The murderer be on track to be one of the best and most viewed on Netflix in 2023.
After a hit goes wrong for one of the world’s deadliest and most methodical assassins, he has to fight his employers and his mind.
In case you missed it, we give you The murderer a four-star review yesterday, which concludes:
“The Killer is a carefully crafted and surprisingly funny look at a dark and cruel profession. His brilliance lies in his mood, his level of detail, his humor and his icy performances. Fassbender delivers as only he can, combining stoicism, athleticism and biting humor as he methodically fights his way in and out of danger. While his execution is top-notch and terribly engrossing, the substance can leave you wanting more; But damn if it’s not a worthwhile trip.”
