Social media videos posted several hours before the game began showed what appeared to be thousands of people outside Dodger Stadium with flags and signs. The group also turned up to pray.
Earlier this week, the Sisters said they had no problem with groups that decided to express themselves through protests.

Anyone interested in attending Thursday’s protest has been instructed in advance to gather in a parking lot near Dodger Stadium.
It is unclear if the group will march around the stadium or if they plan to enter the stadium and cause disruption.
The Dodgers did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the impact the protesters in the parking lot are having on fans attending tonight’s game.
