The Portland State men’s basketball team did the unthinkable on Saturday.
The team led by eight points with just over a minute remaining in a game against Northern Arizona, but somehow found itself trailing in the final seconds of the game.
With 0.4 seconds remaining, a Vikings player threw a full-court pass to start one of the most unlikely plays of the college basketball season.
Isaiah Johnson somehow caught the pass and, even more remarkably, hit the game-winning shot at the buzzer as he fell backwards to lead Portland State to an 88-87 victory.

Northern Arizona looked set for its eighth win of the season, but Portland State had other plans.
UNLIKELY THREE-POINTS IN LAST SECOND LEADS TO MESS IN D3 COLLEGE BASKETBALL
«Oh my gosh, I can’t believe what I just saw!» yelled a surprised announcer.
Forward Isaiah Johnson was being protected by two NAU defenders when Hunter Woods’ pass came flying toward his end of the pitch.
Johnson had virtually no time to redirect the basketball to sink the impressive shot.
The referees reviewed the incredible play via replay and confirmed that Johnson knocked the ball out of his hands before the buzzer.
The video also showed that Johnson didn’t even have the ball fully in hand before redirecting it to the rim. He finished the game with nine points.
The fans and teammates were delighted, but they also seemed surprised that the Vikings had won the game.
