Jackson Mahomes, the brother of the twice Super Bowl Champion Patrick MahomesHe is being investigated for allegedly pushing a waiter and forcibly kissing the owner of an Overland Park, Kansas, restaurant on Saturday.
While authorities did not release a report on the alleged incident, police have been reviewing surveillance video recordings from the restaurant, according to The Kansas City Star.

“The Police Department is aware of an incident that occurred on February 25, 2023 at a business near 151st and Metcalf,” police said in a statement to the publication. «He the department is still investigating. The restaurant’s owner, Aspen Vaughn, told The Star that Jackson Mahomes grabbed her by the neck and forcefully kissed her at least twice.
Vaughn provided video to The Star that allegedly shows Mahomes grabbing her by the neck and kissing her.
«He forcefully kissed me out of the blue,» Vaughn said, «and I’m like, pushing him away and saying, ‘What are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times, where the last time I was pushing him, and I can see on the cameras that someone was outside the office door, and I was yelling for them to come help, because he’s big and massive. .»

An attorney for Mahomes denied the allegations.
«Jackson hasn’t done anything wrong,» Brandan Davies said. «Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so they can have a full picture of the matter.»

According to the report, Jackson Mahomes arrived at the restaurant last saturday with five friends. The group entered the basement office and denied entry to the 19-year-old waiter.
«I was going downstairs to our office, where the employees are in the employee area, and he was downstairs for I don’t know what reason,» the waiter said, «and he was trying to get to the office, and he said, pushing me. .. and he says: ‘No, come out, come out’.»
The group then entered the VIP room upstairs, where Vaughn said he smelled the marijuana scent.

Mahomes asked Vaughn to speak privately about the shoving incident soon after, which is when the alleged assault occurred.
«I was in shock,» Vaughn said. «It’s disgusting,» he said he told Mahomes. «Like you were a kid, and he was trying to say, ‘We should be a power couple, and I was like, ‘You’re clearly crazy right now.'»

In a photograph provided to The Star, Vaughn reportedly had a slight bruise on his neck.
While the waiter has not pressed charges, Vaughn told the publication that police plan to pursue his alleged sexual assault.
«Even without you wanting to press charges, we’re going to proceed anyway,» he said investigating officers told him. «So it’s in your best interest to cooperate. So we’re like, ‘OK, of course we are.'»
