New Releases on Netflix and Top 10: March 16, 2023

We are slowly approaching the weekend and today, Netflix released a slew of new movies along with the big new seasons of Shadow and Bone. Here’s everything new on Netflix and what’s trending in the top 10 in the US.

There’s still a lot to come for the rest of March, with highlights including the agent of the night, disengaged, and The Wizard’s Elephant.

As we mentioned yesterday, there are a few titles to look for on the removal side. We would give a second recommendation to Lee Daniels’ The Butler (2013) furthermore I suggest you take a look at all i want (2017), XV: beyond the test lineand lu on the wall (2017).

Looking for a solid action thriller with two household names? Dragged Across Concrete ticks the boxes and is coming to Netflix for the first time today.

Entertainment Weekly gave the film a glowing review in 2019 saying:

“It’s a cliché to say that movies like this aren’t made anymore: nasty, nihilistic, nicotine-stained ’70s death trips. But thank goodness Zahler is doing everything in his power to prove that cliché wrong. ”.

This movie is sure to do well in the top 10 in the days to come and we suspect we’ll feature it again in our weekend movie roundup.

Fan reaction to the new series seems pretty strong so far, making a third season (and possible spin-off being talked about today) more and more of a reality. We’ll have to see how the audience looks in the coming weeks.
