The Sisbén IV classification requirement was also adjusted so that more households can apply. For this reason, it will have a single criterion at the national level and may apply for households that classify in subgroups A1 and D20.
For the households classified between subgroups A1 and C8 they will receive a subsidy for the initial quota equivalent to 30 minimum wages, and households between C9 and D20 will be granted a subsidy equivalent to 20 minimum wages.

The decree also establishes that the conditions required to receive the subsidies granted by the Family Compensation Funds, Governors and Mayors will be maintained. If the home qualifies, You may be a beneficiary of several subsidies.
“Mi Casa Ya is strengthened to benefit families with the greatest needs, those who live in rural areas and small municipalities in the country, where the program had never reached before”, affirmed the Minister of Housing, City and Territory, Catalina Velasco.
Finally, in 2023 the transition stage of the program would be advanced in order to assign subsidies to families who already have an approved credit, have carried out their real estate business and meet the requirements of the program.
