During his playing career, former NFL running back Marshawn Lynch was not someone you wanted to meet in the outfield. He not only had the speed and agility to break ankles, but his strength to break tackles and rack up extra yardage made him one of the best in the game.

However, getting to that point required consistent workouts and training regimens to stay at the top of the game. And, well, Lynch wanted his camera crew to find out in a fun viral video.

Lynch surprised his camera crew with a beach workout much like he used to do when he was training for the league.

It was clearly intense training to the point where one crew member was sure he was going to vomit and had to tap.

The rest of the crew was able to finish training, including the last five sprints that Lynch forced them to do with the sun beating down as the waves crashed on the shore.
