This is how you can access the Guaranteed Minimum Income program

Those who want to access the benefit must be registered in the Sisbén de Bogotá, in addition to having a classification in groups A or B of Sisbén IV.

You must have a Daviplata, Nequi, Bancolombia a la Mano, Movii, Powwi or Dale account.

It should be noted that the money that is granted depends on the vulnerability in which it is found; the maximum value is 740,000 pesos and the minimum is 60,000 pesos.
