Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs skipped the start of mandatory practices Tuesday, prompting head coach Sean McDermott to be «very concerned» about the star’s absence.
The team later clarified that Diggs was at the facility Monday and Tuesday morning but left before practice began.
Diggs’ agent, Adisa Bakari, told The Associated Press that his client was at the facility when the practice began. Bakari told ESPN that Diggs has spent the past two days meeting with McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane and «will be there throughout camp.»

Things got a little stranger on Tuesday night when Diggs posted a cryptic message to their Instagram Stories.
«I’m just letting people limit themselves. If those lies help you sleep, better say it big,» said a message in his Stories.
As confusion reigned over the practice, Bills quarterback Josh Allen tried to shed some light on what was going on behind the scenes.

«This doesn’t work what we’re doing here without him,» Allen said.
«I cover it no matter what and I have no doubt we’ll find out what’s going on. I love it. I can’t stress that enough,» Alen said. «I think there are some things that could have gone better last year and it didn’t. I think as an organization maybe we didn’t communicate in the right way with everything.»
Allen believed that Diggs wanted to stay in Buffalo and that any dispute to the contrary was resolved.
«He’s a fierce competitor. At the end of the day, he wants to win, this team wants to win, and make no mistake, he’s a Buffalo Bill. We’re going to figure this out. He doesn’t want this to happen.» be a distraction.»

Diggs has become a superstar since Buffalo acquired him from the Minnesota Vikings. He had 108 receptions for 1,429 yards and a career-high 11 touchdowns.
