Bob Lee, the founder of Cash App, stabbed to death in San Francisco last month, drank alcohol, cocaine and ketamine before he was killed, the autopsy report revealed Monday.

The 43-year-old tech executive also had a compound that forms when alcohol and cocaine mix, called cocaethylenein his system when he died, along with metabolized byproducts of cocaine and ketamine, according to the findings of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Analysis listed allergy medication cetirizine (better known by the brand name Zyrtec), too.

The report, conducted by medical examiner assistant Dr. Ellen Moffatt, did not establish a link between those substances and Lee’s cause of death, which was listed as multiple stab wounds. The manner and method of death, she concluded, was homicide by sharp wound.

Lee suffered three stab wounds: two to the chest and one to the hip. One of those chest wounds was between 2 and 3 inches deep and perforated the «right lateral anterior lower ventricle of the heart» and the «right posterior lateral lower ventricle,» the medical examiner said.

Lee was stabbed to death around 2:30 a.m. local time on April 4. Medics worked for nearly four hours to try to save his life, but he was pronounced dead at the hospital at 6:49 a.m.

The murder renewed debates over public safety in San Francisco, where Mayor London Breed has vowed to crack down on crime.

“Violent crime in San Francisco is horrible and even if the attackers are caught they are often released immediately,” Elon Musk tweeted in response to a user who said Lee had been a friend.

But it turned out that the suspect, Nima Momeni, knew Lee.

Momeni, 38, owns an information technology business and lives in the East Bay city of Emeryville. He and Lee allegedly discussed Momeni’s sister before the stabbing, according to court documents.

At one point, his sister allegedly texted Lee referencing the verbal confrontation.

“I just wanted to make sure you were doing it right, because I know nima was too strong for you,” he wrote, according to the documents.

Momeni was arrested on April 13 and faces murder charges. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
